Preparations for this fall’s New England Association of Regional Councils (NEARC) 2009 Annual Conference are nearly complete with an excellent line-up of conference sessions, speakers and activities.  Consequently, it’s now time for you to act.  In particular, advance hotel reservations are required by September 29th to take advantage of the special conference room rate of $165 per night which is being made available for October 23rd and October 24th.  To make hotel reservations, call the Hotel Northampton directly at (413) 584-3100.

 

If you are planning to attend NEARC’s 2008 Annual Conference, please take special note to the following important deadlines:

HOTEL RESERVATIONS BY
SEPTEMBER 29th

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION BY
OCTOBER 20th
By Monday, September 29th  to secure a room at the special conference room rate of $165 per night.  Call the Hotel Northampton directly at (413) 584-3100 to make room reservations. Rooms are in limited supply, so please act quickly. 

By Monday, October 20th please submit a registration form along with the $215 registration fee.  A conference registration form is attached.  Please make your check payable to “NEARC”.  Registration fees for one day attendees and/or a guest/spouse are also available.
